# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to form a smooth batter.
03 - Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until well-coated.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the battered florets in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
05 - Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
06 - In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using).
07 - Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a clean bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over and toss to coat evenly.
08 - Return the coated florets to the air fryer for 3–5 minutes to set the sauce and crisp up.
09 - Serve immediately with celery sticks and your choice of dressing.

# Additional Notes:

02 - Adjust the hot sauce amount to taste.
03 - For extra crispiness, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the batter.
04 - Pair with a cold lager or a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
